Who am I

I am a dedicated mother of two incredible children and a proud pet parent to both a cat and a dog, living in beautiful New Brunswick, close to the ocean: a place that brings great joy and peace to my life partner and myself.

Originally from France, I have always been intrigued by diverse cultures and languages, which has fueled my passion for travel. After graduating from university in France with a degree in English and foreign languages, I explored the world, spending several years in Scotland and a memorable year at Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida. My journey continued as I worked aboard cruise ships for over a decade, visiting breathtaking destinations from the Arctic Peninsula to Antarctica and beyond, giving me a great opportunity to discover many amazing worldwide destinations. As I worked onboard in various roles, including translator and onboard travel agent, my focus always remained on connecting with people.

When it came time to settle down and raise a family, the ocean felt like home and it was crucial for me and my partner to live near the water. I embraced my initial role as a stay-at-home mom, later contributing as a supply teacher and French immersion educator. The challenges of the COVID-19 era brought an abrupt stop to my activities and prompted a pivotal shift in my career, leading me to embrace my passion for natural health.

Having successfully managed various health issues through natural remedies for my children and myself (insulin resistance, failure to lose weight, insomnia, depression, inflammation, anxiety etc…) throughout the years, I felt a calling to share this knowledge with a broader audience.

I spent the next years studying Naturopathy in order to deepen my knowledge of natural health and its various modalities and I am now a certified  Naturopath through the Alternative Medicine College of Canada, eager to educate and empower individuals on their own journey to wellness. I am also a member of the FMA (Fédération des Médecines Alternatives) which gives you the opportunity to get reimbursed through you Insurance depending on your plan.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me at the beach in the very early morning, soaking in the sunlight, or strolling along the scenic nature paths around Shediac with my dog. I also enjoy hiking in the beautiful national parks of the province with my children and partner. My deep connection to nature fuels my soul, and I never miss a chance to experience the grounding benefits it offers.

In my quieter moments, I immerse myself in hours of research and learning, whether through online resources or diving into books.

As a dedicated and passionate practitioner, my mission is to empower and educate you on your health journey. While I am not a doctor or healer, I see myself as your guide, helping you reconnect with your body’s innate ability to self-heal. My natural curiosity drives me to investigate deeply—to uncover the root causes of health concerns and work toward achieving lasting results that lead to a healthier, happier you.
