  • As a certified Naturopath, I help you achieve optimal health through a holistic approach that incorporates nutritional advice, herbal remedies, lifestyle coaching, detox programs, fasting, aromatherapy, gemmotherapy, EFT, relaxation techniques, movement, breath work and the restorative power of nature. These approaches are tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations.

  • You may be eligible for reimbursement through your complementary insurance plans. To determine eligibility, I encourage you to review your insurance policy details or contact your insurance provider directly. As a member of the FMA (Fédération des Médecines Alternatives), I will issue a receipt for each and every consultation. The FMA is accredited by major insurance companies, including Blue Cross.

Follow up visits check in on your progress, give us a chance to adjust treatment plans when needed and address new concerns if any. I prioritize hands-on support and remain accessible between sessions to address any questions or clarifications you may need.
